Former Black Panther and current political Prisoner, Romaine Chip Fitzgerald, has been transferred to CSP-Centinela (CEN). Only now have we received the news that Chip was transferred in early June from CSP- Lancaster. Chip's correct mailing address is currently unknown because we do not know what yard he is in.

Chip was placed on a transfer list before, but was taken off due to a successful campaign by his supporters. Unfortunately, no campaign was mobilized because Chip and his supporters did not receive the news in time.

As soon as we hear of Chip's correct mailing address we will post it online.
