The attached document contains information presented to Alderwoman Madeline Haithcock from Chairman Fred Hampton Jr., Prisoners Of Conscience Committee. The attached documents are co-authored by Chairman Fred Hampton Jr. P.O.C.C., and Akua Njeri, Chairwoman December 4th Committee. From these documents Alderwoman Haithcock submitted the proposal to the appropriate committee for the renaming of 2300 block West Monroe. The committee passed the proposal and submitted it to the Chicago City Council for a vote. That vote is now scheduled for March 29th in the city council.
