One Mind Nzinga:  Thank you for passing along this news.  Smitty has been on my mind and in my prayers for weeks.  He is one of the few human beings I instantly and relentlessly trusted and respected with great fondness despite his gruff style and gritty sense of humor.  Condolences to his wife and all the East Coast Comrades.  I know you loved him well, and more importantly, he knew you loved him well.
