This is an outrage!!!  Walter Turner and Africa Today have been on KPFA forever --- it's the only program -- I repeat! -- the ONLY PROGRAM that deals consistently with the continent of Africa and its 52 or more countries.  It's unthinkable that Pacifica would even consider taking it off the air or removing and replacing our stalwart brother, Walter.  Not only should we write letters, we should protest by any means necessary to secure this time slot for Walter for as long as he's willing to GIVE us his time and energy.

Action makes the front!

Take immediate action now to keep Africa Today in its Monday night time slot with its brilliant and scholarly host, Walter Turner.
